RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Please return them to us in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure that all briefs and thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear as we reserve the right to refuse return of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Customers are responsible for any return postage costs and we advise customers to return items via a recorded delivery service as we can not be held responsible for returned items that get lost in the post.

Please email us at sales@lingeriebyvictoria.co.uk before returning items so that we can reserve your replacements immediately.

OVERSEAS RETURNS

If you are returning your parcel from overseas, please ensure than it is clearly marked ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and that the correct postage is paid. Please return to us along with the printable returns form to:
